Return and Replacement Policy

At BeezSpeed, we aim to provide high-quality products across a range of tech accessories, including phone cases, tripods, gimbals, iPad covers, VR gadgets, gaming accessories, and more. Due to our commitment to sourcing from multiple manufacturers, we do not offer returns or refunds. Instead, we focus on offering replacements for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products, regardless of condition. Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, compatibility, and specifications before making your purchase.

2. Replacement Policy for Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we offer a replacement under the following terms:

  • Eligibility: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if it is damaged or defective.
  • Proof Required: To request a replacement, provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Product serial number (if applicable)
    • Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation)
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all tags and accessories. Used or altered products will not be accepted for replacement.
  • Excluded Items: Certain items are not eligible for replacement (see Section 5 below for details).

3. Warranty Information

Warranty periods vary depending on the product. Each product page will have detailed information in the 'Warranty & Support' section. Please refer to this section for coverage details. Warranties typically cover manufacturer defects but not wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

4. Product-Specific Return/Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests vary based on product type. Please refer to the list below for details:

  • Phone Cases & Tablet Cases (iPad/MacBook): No returns or refunds, only replacements for defective or damaged items.
  • Tripods & Gimbals: Replacement accepted within 30 days or as its product page 'Warranty & Support'  mentioned of receipt if defective or damaged.
  • Gaming Accessories & VR Gadgets (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Meta Quest 3): Replacements only for manufacturing defects within the warranty period; no returns.
  • Cooling Pads & Stands: Replacements for faulty or malfunctioning products within 30 days of delivery or more, as specified on the product page.
  • Vlogging Gear: No returns, but we provide replacements if your device experiences any significant issues due to a malfunction or defect within the time which mentioned in their product page 'Warranty & Support' , we will replace it with a new one.

5. Final Sale Items

The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund:

  • Clearance or Heavily Discounted Products: Items marked as final sale or sold at a significantly discounted price

6. International Shipping and Replacement Costs

As we ship internationally, customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping costs associated with sending back defective or damaged products.
  • Shipping fees for sending replacement items. Our suppliers do not cover these fees, and we appreciate your understanding.

7. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact us at support@beezspeed.com within the eligible timeframe. Provide all required documentation (order number, proof of defect, etc.), and we will guide you through the replacement process. Important:

 Do not send items back without receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. European Union 14 Day Cooling off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

9. Refund Exceptions

While refunds are not part of our policy, if a replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit or suggest an alternative product. Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances, and any such decision is at our discretion.
